1. Nature of Service (Hum Kya Karte Hain)
Turantkaam.com is an online directory/marketplace that connects local service providers (Vendors, Professionals, Labour, Repairing workers, etc.) with general public service seekers (Users).
The Website is ONLY an intermediary (platform). We do not employ any vendor, nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the work performed by the vendor.
2. Vendor Registration and Annual Fees (Fees No Refund)
Vendors must pay an annual registration fee to list their services on the platform for the specified duration.
Strict No-Refund Policy: Once the registration fee is paid, it will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, voluntary deletion of the account, lack of business leads, or termination of the profile due to misconduct or policy violations.
3. Verification and Document Security (Documents ki Jimmedari)
To maintain platform security, the Website collects physical or digital copies of government-issued identity proofs and licenses from the Vendors.
Data Protection: The Website promises to keep these documents in secure custody and will not share them publicly on the platform. Only public details (Name, Work Timing, Profile, Address, Phone Number, Social Media IDs) will be visible to Users.
Limitation of Verification: While we collect documents for security, Turantkaam.com does not conduct physical background verification or criminal checks. Users are advised to verify the vendor's credentials independently before hiring.
4. Absolute Limitation of Liability (Hamaari Koi Legal Jimmedari Nahi Hai)
No Liability for Disputes: Any dispute, financial loss, damage to property, theft, personal injury, or poor quality of work arising from the interaction between the User and the Vendor is strictly between them. Turantkaam.com, its owners, and employees shall NOT be held legally or financially liable.
No Employment Relationship: Vendors listed on Turantkaam.com are independent service providers. They are not employees, agents, or partners of the Website.
Accuracy of Information: The Website is not responsible if a vendor provides false information, fake addresses, or changes their contact details without updating the platform.
5. User-Side Terms (Users ke Liye Niyam)
The platform is completely FREE for Users to search and contact vendors.
Users deal with vendors at their own risk and cost. Turantkaam.com does not mediate or arbitrate conflicts between users and vendors.
6. Termination of Listing (Account Band Karne ka Adhikar)
Turantkaam.com reserves the right to remove a Vendor’s profile immediately without any refund if:
Any customer files a serious complaint regarding fraud, misbehavior, or theft.
The documents provided by the vendor are found to be fake, invalid, or tampered with.
The vendor misuses the website's name, brand, or platform.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Kanooni Kshetra)
Any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with Turantkaam.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where the registered office of the Website owner is situated.
